Prawn Cocktail

With masses of lettuce to use up fancied a classic starter :)


Chopped lettuce
Prawns
Quarter of lemon
Pinch of Cayenne
Rose Marie Sauce - 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 Tbsp Lea & Perrins (Worcester sauce)

Make sauce with mayo, ketchup and Worcester sauce. To make sauce creamier add 1 Tbsp cream.
Pour over prawns, dust with cayenne, add squeeze of lemon.

Makes 2 portions
