Coconut Macaroons

Only had medium size eggs so used 1 cup of coconut and made 5 instead of 6


1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 Large Egg Whites 
1 Tbsp Swerve
1 Tsp Almond
Melted chocolate to decorate

1. Whisk egg whites till frothy
2. Slowly blend in rest of ingredients
3. Make mounds onto grease proof paper
4. Bake Gas 5 / Fan 160 for 15-20 minutes
5. Allow to cool before decorating
