Keto Burger Bun

Not too bad - 2 Net Carbs / 180 Calories


1 Egg
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Almond Flour
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1/2 Tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Combine all ingredients
Place into greased ramekin
Microwave 90 seconds
Flip out and slice in half
