Lo-Dough Manchester Tart

Think we used to eat this at school - was very tasty


Serves 4

Net Carbs 6 /Calories 220


1 piece Lo Dough
3 Eggs
150 ml creme fraiche
unsweetened jam
3 Tbsp coconut
2 tsp vanilla essence


Preheat oven to Fan 120 / Gas Mark 1
Grease a 7 inch pie tin / dish and work lo dough in to fit
Spread enough jam to cover pastry case

Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp Coconut
Whisk eggs, vanilla and creme fraiche
Pour into case and sprinkle remaining  coconut on top

Bake for 35 - 40 minutes till set
